HSSE Coordinator – Program Excellence

Job Description

HSSE Program Excellence Coordinator – responsible for implementing and continuously improving the HSSE program across Stantec operations by coordinating documentation, supporting system and process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations.

Works closely with the HSSE Program Excellence Manager to adopt HSSE programs and practices into business operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of HSSE services, including delivery of lifecycle management of HSSE standards, practices, procedures, and supporting documentation.
• Support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the HSSE Framework systems and processes, including the HSSE Manual and Standards, QA/QC, change management, and the Document Management System.
