Job Description

We are looking for an individual who will provide expert HSEQ guidance, partner closely with operational and client teams, and proactively manage risk.

Through audits, incident investigation and continuous improvement activity, the HSEQ Business Partner will directly contribute to service excellence and reinforce ISS’ reputation for dependable, high-quality, safety-focused facilities support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical, proactive HSEQ support enabling teams to work safely, efficiently and in line with required standards.
  • Act as a trusted partner to regional accounts, coaching and mentoring teams on HSEQ matters.
  • Promote clear ownership and accountability for HSEQ activities across all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client counterparts to ensure HSEQ processes meet expectations and internal standards.
