- Ensure strict enforcement of all established Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all fabrication facilities.
- Drive the successful implementation and execution of the specific project HSE Management Plan.
- Plan, resource, and direct the deployment of competent safety officers to adequately support and monitor project execution activities.
- Support project bidding processes by conducting comprehensive gap analyses between project-specific and yard-wide HSE management plans to identify critical risks.
- Lead and champion proactive safety initiatives and behavioral programs to foster a robust and continuous improvement-focused HSE culture across the worksite.
