Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Safety Policies
- Conduct Risk Assessments, regularly assessing workplace risks and hazards, identifying areas of potential danger and implementing control measures to mitigate risks
- Ensure Compliance with Regulations, monitoring the organization’s adherence to health, safety, and environmental laws and standards
- Safety Inspections and Audits, performing regular inspections and audits of the workplace to ensure safety measures are in place and functioning effectively
- Accident and Incident Investigation, investigating any accidents or incidents, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to prevent future occurrences
