Role Summary
The HR Manager will serve a dual‑function role, combining operational HR partnering (60%) with ownership of Learning & Development initiatives (40%). This role is designed to support Calamba Manufacturing Operations and support groups with day‑to‑day people matters while also building workforce capability through structured development programs.
The role has a stronger execution focus, with hands‑on involvement in employee lifecycle management and direct ownership of training design and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
HR Partnering (60%)
- Act as the primary HR contact focusing on operational excellence and employee experience.
- Provide day‑to‑day HR advisory to line managers on employee concerns, performance management, and talent management.
- Support manpower planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding processes.
