Responsibilities
- Support Human Resource systems, including model design, testing & deployment, and ongoing application administration.
- Collect, store, organize, and reconcile current and past HR data from multiple systems.
- Ensure data integrity and quality assurance through process improvement, audits, exception reporting, and alerts.
- Manage delivery and creation of internal documentation (wiki, process docs) and assist with training, user guides, workflows, SOPs and support materials.
- Collaborate with global business stakeholders to align HR data integration and analysis efforts, and inform long‑term roadmap planning.
- Answer employee tickets for terminated and active employees and distribute mail merge information.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1‑2 years of Human Resource Systems or related experience.
