HRIS Analyst - UKG

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused HRIS Analyst to work onsite at our facility in Parañaque, Philippines. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for all employee HR-related inquiries and be responsible for the integrity and accuracy of our employee data systems.

What You'll Do:

• HRIS Management: Accurately process all employee changes (e.g., new hires, terminations, transfers) in the HRIS . Ensure all employee data is correct and compliant.
• Employee Support: Handle a high volume of employee questions about HR policies, benefits, and payroll through our ticketing system (FreshService) .
• Data Integrity: Conduct regular checks to ensure data accuracy within the system, helping to keep our HR records clean and reliable.
• Administrative Help: Support the administrative side of core HR programs like benefits enrollment and leave tracking.
