Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP roles (functional consultants, technical consultants, architects, project managers) as well as other key technology positions, covering both junior and managerial levels.
• Provide comprehensive recruiting support to all HR Business Partners and company geographies, ensuring seamless coordination and high-quality service across an international hiring scope.
• Develop strong talent pipelines for SAP and technology roles through market mapping, proactive sourcing, talent community engagement, and relationship-building with passive candidates.

Employee Experience & HR Initiatives

• Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
