Role Responsibilities

As part of academic training, the HR Intern will carry out a set of roles and projects across the HR function that will allow him/her to apply what they have learned after years of study in terms of the day‑to‑day life of an HR professional in a multinational corporation.

The projects will vary in nature as they will adjust to the needs of the company in a given period of time.

Qualifications

Based in Segovia

Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, Law or related discipline.

Ability to handle information in a confidential manner

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Agile, adaptable and resilient.

Ability to develop strong trusting relationships

Take initiative

Responds to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
