My responsibilities:
Pre-screening scheduling based on specified criteria
Reviewing and evaluating resumes
Communicating with applicants via email or phone
Supporting the recruitment team in daily tasks, such as scheduling interviews and handling administrative duties
Participating in the preparation and execution of recruitment campaigns
Compiling professional materials and reports on recruitment effectiveness
The knowledge I own:
Currently enrolled in higher education (e.g., Human Resources, Psychology, Communication, or a related field)
At least 25-30 hours/week required
Confident written and verbal communication skills in English
Accuracy, ability to work independently and responsibly
Good organizational skills and a team player attitude
