Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and off-boarding
• Oversee and streamline HR processes and administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies aligned with the company's goals
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
• Monitor and maintain employee records and data
• Coordinate employee benefits, payroll, and other HR-related activities
• Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies as needed
