HR Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Supervisor to lead our human resources team in Norzagaray, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR management, employee relations, and talent acquisition, helping us cultivate a positive workplace culture.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee recruitment processes to attract top talent
• Implement effective onboarding programs for new employees
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance employee skills

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management
