Vacancy Description
The HR Supervisor is responsible for managing different functions in HR specifically Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll and Timekeeping, HRIS, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for talent acquisition and retention
2. Accountable in the design of the organizational structure of the company including work force management
3. Accountable for the determination and development of competitive compensation and employee benefit plans
4. Accountable for the creation, implementation, evaluation and improvement of employee engagement programs
5. Accountable for the resolution of employee relations issues which may include but are not limited to the handling of disciplinary and grievance concerns
6. Accountable for the human resource compliance and updates to legal and government requirements. Studies legislation and arbitration decisions to assess industry trends
