We are seeking an organized, professional HR Specialist / HR Executive to support HR operations and contribute to employee relations, recruitment, and administration. The successful candidate will assist with end-to-end recruitment, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure smooth daily HR processes while supporting managers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: write job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, and personnel files in electronic and paper formats.
