Our client, a well‑established organisation based in Pretoria, is seeking to appoint an experienced HR Practitioner on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract to provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the business.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration (fully in‑sourced environment)
• Recruitment and selection
• Employment Equity administration and submissions
• WSP & ATR submissions
• HR compliance and audit submissions
• HR policy and SOP development and implementation
• Labour relations, grievances, disputes and disciplinary matters
• Performance management
• Training and skills development
• HR administration and reporting
