HR Operations – People Data Coordinator

Location: Parramatta, NSW | Hybrid

About the Role:

Our client is seeking 2 detail-oriented HR Operations Officers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data. You will be the first point of contact for processing organisational and people transactions in Dayforce, managing service requests, and delivering a seamless internal customer experience while working closely with HR and service delivery teams.

About You:

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR professional who:

Has 3+ years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations

Is skilled in HR systems (HRIS) and service/ticketing tools

Has experience with Dayforce and/or ServiceNow

Has worked in HR shared services or operational HR roles
