Job Description

• Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
• Assist in managing employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
• Participate in onboarding new hires and facilitate training programs.
• Maintain employee records and assist in payroll processing.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
