About the Successful Applicant
You will have significant HR generalist experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering, Logistics environment (or something similar). You will have strong knowledge of UK employment law. CIPD qualification and a degree (or equivalent) are required. You will be highly organised, compassionate, resilient, an effective communicator, and confident influencing at all levels.
