Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
- Handle workforce planning for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Manage employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational development.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits and HR administration.
- Support senior management with HR insights and reporting.
- Maintain and update HR systems, policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5+ years as an HR Manager.
- Mandatory experience in the UAE construction industry.
