JOB SUMMARY:
As the Human Resources Manager you will play a pivotal role in the effective management of the company’s human resources operations in the countries that you manage. You will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and policy development. Your mission is to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment while ensuring HR policies and practices align with legal requirements and organizational goals.
