What You Will Do
Support HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across a range of HR activities, including:
- Talent search and talent development initiatives
- Employee lifecycle management
- Review and refinement of HR processes and policies
- People metrics and analytics
- Audits and grants documentation
- Employee engagement activities
- Preparation of presentation materials and meeting notes
- Headcount planning and execution
- University or Polytechnic undergraduates who are keen to explore a career in HR.
- Self-driven to give their best at work, passionate about people matters and disciplined.
- Available for 10-12 months internship
- Bilingual skills a plus
