About the Role
Our client is seeking a hands‑on HR Generalist to establish and manage the full HR function in‑house for a growing technology platform. The role requires ownership of all HR operations from building policies and frameworks to managing day‑to‑day employee lifecycle processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through structured HR practices.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and manage the complete HR function, including policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Develop and implement a company handbook and employee handbook aligned with UAE Labour Law.
- Oversee payroll processing, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, off‑boarding, and performance processes.
- Handle leave management, including annual leave, sick leave, and absence tracking.
