- Prepare payroll & reports
- Have knowledge of MOM rules and handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations & liaise with relevant authorities.
- Support recruitment.
- Support ISO certification.
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support MRA grant application.
- Source for quotations.
- Organize activities.
- Perform admin tasks & other ad‑hoc.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in payroll and MOM related tasks.
- Diploma holder.
- Accounting experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
- Can start immediately is an advantage.
- SPR/Citizen preferred.
