Key Responsibilities

• Support the full spectrum of human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records and leave administration

• Prepare and manage employment contracts, letters and HR documentation

• Coordinate payroll-related information and CPF submissions with internal or external parties

• Assist with work pass applications, renewals and employee compliance matters

• Handle basic employee enquiries and support employee relations matters

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and filing systems

• Support HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures
