HR Employee Shared Services Head

Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a company that delivers end-to-end mobility solutions. Our respected client is seeking for a HR Employee Shared Services Head who will lead and manage centralized HR operations and employee services across the organization, with primary oversight of Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations functions. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and employee-focused HR service delivery while driving operational excellence, process improvements, and workforce support aligned with business objectives. This role has a hybrid work requirement in Taguig and will be reporting to the Chief People Officer.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee HR shared services operations and service delivery across the organization.
• Develop and implement standardized HR processes, policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
