- Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management to address workplace issues and concerns.
- Knowledgeable in terms of Labor Laws, DOLE Compliance, and HR Arbitration functions
- Experience in NLRC Case negotiation and resolution is an advantage
- Able to prepare a systematic compensation and benefits for the entire company

- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or conflicts and recommend appropriate resolutions.
