HR Customer Service / Front Desk

Job Description:

This position serves as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, so we re looking for someone with strong customer service experience in a high-volume environment, ideally with exposure to HR processes or HR systems.

The role includes:

• Managing a busy front desk (in-person interactions)


• Handling inbound calls and routing inquiries appropriately


• Providing accurate information while maintaining confidentiality


• Navigating multiple systems and documenting interactions in real time
