Job Overview
An HR Coordinator assists human resources executives, provides clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits. He/she assists in the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies). The HR coordinator reports to the HR Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, like NTE, NODA, etc. and assess all employees/workers’ concerns.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to human resources executives.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
