Responsibilities
- Handle employee residency visa renewals and related immigration procedures
- Manage and process tasks through labor and immigration systems
- Maintain full compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Coordinate and manage employee health insurance matters
- Handle procedures related to health cards and ensure compliance with health card regulations
- Prepare and manage official correspondence in English with a very good command of written communication
- Use immigration and labor system platforms efficiently
- Organize maintain and archive employee files and records accurately
- Perform fast and accurate data entry
- Proven experience in HR administration, especially in residency renewals and labor-related procedures
