- Basic knowledge in using Microsoft (Word and Excel)

Essential Job Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to the following):
• Help Maintain accurate & confidential employee records including help preparing and processing HR related documentation
• Schedule Meetings, interviews, and training sessions
• Exit Interview Management and Tracking
• Assist with job postings and resume screening and interviews
• Facilitate new hire onboarding/orientation
• Accurately track job postings
• Respond to employee inquires and provide support
• Assist in resolving minor employee issues
