Job Duties
- Reporting to (1) Assistant to Chairman and (2) Executive Director
- Handle the HR matters independently, administrate the IPL Payroll system, review the monthly payroll prepared by the Executive Assistant to the Executive Director.
- Prepare memos/emails to staff, prepare policies if necessary.
- Admin works including office manager work, arranging community services,
- General Administrative works
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related discipline
- 5 years or above relative working experience
- Self motivated, well-organized, attention details and able to work independently
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
