The Role

We are delighted to share an excellent opportunity within our Employee Relations Team. In this position, you will provide professional casework and policy advisory support across NHS Lanarkshire. You will manage your own diverse caseload, covering the early and formal stages of attendance management, conduct, grievance, capability, and bullying and harassment. The role also involves participating in early resolution meetings and formal hearings, representing HR and supporting investigating managers in line with the Workforce Policies Investigation Process. This opportunity offers a chance for career development, with exposure to complex casework, policy work, and cross organisational collaboration. You will gain hands on experience that builds confidence, deepens professional expertise, and supports progression within the HR profession.
