Overview
The HR Admin/Payroll Associate will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in various administrative tasks related to payroll, and benefits. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position reports to the HR Team Leader and works closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the processing of monthly payroll, including verifying timekeeping data, preparing payroll computations, and ensuring timely release of salaries.
- Process employee benefits, such as health insurance, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG contributions.
- Help ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and regulations, such as the Labor Code and the Data Privacy Act.
