What You Will Do Coordinate with line managers on time and attendance, payroll, leave tracking, management reports, compensation management, performance reviews, onboarding new employees, and separations. Partner with the supervisors to recruit temps. and permanent manufacturing roles. Work closely with the regional HR Team to ensure HR programs and strategies are aligned with KES global strategies and business objectives. Coordinate various governmental requirements, and portals and upload data in a timely manner. Ensure medical/life insurance and other benefits are appropriately administered. Lead CO-OP interns' programs with institutes and Universities based on business needs.
