Commitment Period: May 2026 onwards (full-time internship, min. 6 months) Description The intern, as part of the HR & Admin core team, will undertake HR / Admin tasks and projects related but not limited to: recruitment, on-boarding, staff engagement and office administration.
Internship learning outcomes: Hands-on training on full spectrum of HR functions. Experience in event management and employee engagement. Understanding of HR policies, processes and rationale.
Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment: Job advertising, sourcing, screening, interview arrangement, offer and acceptance and on-boarding. Participation in career fairs. Organisation of Company engagement events and activities. Work pass management: Application and renewal of work passes. Management of staff benefits such as insurance and healthcare reimbursement. Rollout and coordination of development programmes. Management of HRIS. Review HR processes and handbook. Adhoc office administrative duties.
