AdminExecutive Responsibilities and Duties: Answering and directing phone calls Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointment Maintaining contact lists Producing and distributing correspondence memos, letter fax, and forms Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports Develop and maintain a filing system Order office supplies Submit and reconcile expense reports Provide general support to visitors Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned Distribute and store correspondence Office Maintenance & Up- keep Vendor Management Bridge between Head Quarter & assigned branch office. Requirements Male/ Female candidate with minimum 01 yr of relevant experience.
