POSITION SUMMARY 


The successful candidate will join the Housekeeping Department, where they will have the opportunity, under the guidance of a mentor, to carry out the following duties:

  • Assisting the Housekeeping Department with the hotel’s day-to-day operations
  • Helping to maintain cleanliness, tidiness and quality standards
  • Checking the condition of guest rooms
  • Assisting with the organization of work priorities and reporting any issues or requirements to the supervisor 
  • Collaborating with other hotel departments, such as Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure efficient service for guests
  • Providing a courteous welcome to guests

    • Educational and technical requirements

  • Degree in the humanities
  • Upper-intermediate level of English required
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office required
