House Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day household activities ensuring cleanliness and maintenance
• Manage schedule and supervise household staff including housekeepers, drivers, cooks, and other support staff
• Serve as the main liaison between the household owners and staff, ensuring instructions are clearly communicated and executed
• Ensure that all activities and behaviors reflect the values and expectations of a UAE national household

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a House Manager, Butler, or similar role in a high-profile household
• Strong leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and trustworthiness
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Good knowledge of household operations, maintenance, and service standards
