Position Summary
This position delivers, installs and repairs hot tubs for all
customers. Spa delivery technician works both in a team and independently as
the job calls for. This position requires you to lead others while working to
the successful completion of each job while giving great care to the condition
of the product and the satisfaction of the customer. This position requires you
to be diligent in working independently and accountable for your time.
Key Responsibilities
- Self-manage the following on all job sites: delivery, installation, service, repair,
- maintenance and testing tasks as required.
- Safely and securely unload and load units and materials on/off trucks and trailers on a regular basis. Taking care of personal safety and product condition is a high priority.
- Communicate in detail with Service Coordinators and Hearth/Spa Category Management.
