Job Details: 

Schedule:  8:00am to 5pm MON-FRI

Location:  Vero Beach, FL

Coverage Areas: Indian River County/Saint Lucie County/Martin County

Job Type: Contract

Contract Length: 3 months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Range:  $52/HR- $56/HR

*Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.  

 

Duties: 

• Conduct patient evaluations assessing mobility, strength, balance, gait, pain, and functional limitations.


• Assess home environment for safety risks and fall hazards.
