Home Health Aide (CNA)

Pride Health is hiring a Home Health Aide to support our client’s home health patients across Howard and Carroll County in Maryland. This is a 3+ month contract assignment (convertible to permanent based on your work performance). and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!



Primary Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Reporting: Recording and reporting changes in a patient's physical or mental condition to supervisors.


• Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding.


• Health Monitoring: Checking vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature) and tracking food/liquid intake.


• Medical Assistance: Administering medication, changing, wound dressings, and helping with simple, prescribed exercise...
