Job Description:

*Identify and target potential clients for loan products in the given are of operation.
*Develop and maintain relationships with clients to generate new business and retain existing customers by offering multiple products and services.
*Collect and verify KYC documents of the clients and assess the family income of the clients.
*Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
*Conduct needs assessments to determine the most appropriate loan solutions for clients.
*To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency.

Key Responsibilities are as follows.

1. Target Achievement:
* 100% collection is one of the key responsibilities.
* Meeting the given disbursement target for the month/quarter.
