Vacancy Description

  • Attend to customers' enquiries from Asia Pacific countries.
  • Perform data analysis from information collected.
  • Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
  • Allocate resources according to the level of significant.

Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Ms Outlook, Excel , Words.
  • Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Willing to work on shift schedule 2pm to 11pm daily.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
