- Attend to customers' enquiries from Asia Pacific countries.
- Perform data analysis from information collected.
- Communicate with customers through tele-communication and emails.
- Allocate resources according to the level of significant.
Qualification
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Ms Outlook, Excel , Words.
- Able to communicate with all levels of customers in a professional and articulate manner.
- Required language(s): English.
- Willing to work on shift schedule 2pm to 11pm daily.
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
