:The Help Desk/Support Specialist will support a systems engineering task.The ideal candidate will have experience withthe help desk system, meeting schedule expectations, managing system support
and providing regular communications.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Demonstrated experience
with the following:
customers using hotline, email and help desk tickets.
Demonstrated experience
resolving problems with software and hardware.
Demonstrated experience monitoring
systems and observing functions to detect errors.
Experience performing
corrective actions
Demonstrated experience
installing and performing minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral
equipment.
Demonstrated experience
overseeing the daily performance of computer systems.
Demonstrated experience
