Job Description

Based near Lisburn, our client is a successful manufacturing business who are currently on the market for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join the team.

The successful Health & Safety Manager will manage the health and safety function within the plant, working with all business units ensuring that health and safety is a key priority in all areas.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure line managers and other relevant personnel are trained in respect of legislative requirements.

· Ensure employees can perform their duties in a safe environment, taking direct action to prevent potential accidents or incidents.

· Analyse statistics to identify underlying trends and patterns.

· Carry out regular safety audits and risk assessments in all areas and on all machinery and equipment
