Main accountabilities include:

Drive Technology Innovation: Lead the development of new technologies for emergency lighting and sensors, from initial concept to functional prototype and transfer to development.

Develop and Align Strategy: Create and align the technology roadmap with product strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of cutting-edge technologies into future product lines.

Lead Key Product Developments: Spearhead major new product concepts that enhance the company's portfolio and strengthen market positioning.
