A fintech startup in its growth stages is currently seeking a Head of Engineering to join its team.
In this role, you will guide engineering strategy and work with the founders to steer the development of the product and technology roadmap. You will provide leadership to the technology organization, building and coaching a high performance team and overseeing resource management while remaining hands on for day to day development activities.
The ideal candidate:
- ~8 years of experience, with proven team management expertise
- Experience in start up environments or working on new product development will be highly advantageous.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset, able to think creatively and out of the box
- Strategic minded with strong commercial acumen
- Hands on leader with strong coaching capabilities
