Head of Operations (National Retail & Service Network)

Overview

The Head of Operations will spearhead the national network of company-owned service centres. Reporting to the EXCO, you will be the primary architect of operational excellence for the group. This is a heavy-lifting leadership role where you will balance strategic capacity planning with the day-to-day grit of running a high-volume, multi-site retail and technical environment. You aren't just managing shops; you are optimizing a national engine to ensure profitability and a best-in-class customer journey.

Key Performance Areas

• National Operational Strategy: Develop and execute the roadmap for all company-owned fitment centres to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.

• Commercial P&L Ownership: Drive revenue through intelligent conversion strategies, productivity metrics, and value-added services (VAPS).
