Head of IT, FinTech & Trading — Dubai (24/7, ESOP)

A multi-asset trading group is looking to hire their first Head of IT to manage the global IT function across the group. You will lead a small team, manage the stack hands-on, and maintain a 24/7 trading environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in IT leadership, particularly in regulated environments like FX/CFD brokerages or banking. Package includes a base salary of AED 40,000 to 50,000 per month, plus bonus and standard UAE benefits.
