Head of Financial Controls

Position Description

Reporting to the Global Controller and Chief of Accounting, the Head of Financial Controls is responsible for leading AIG’s internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR) / Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Program. The incumbent will be responsible for setting and maintaining the company’s strategy for complying with the requirements of SOX.  As the Head of Financial Controls, you will be a pivotal member of the Controllership function and will work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that internal controls are designed, implemented and enhanced to provide comfort over the Company’s financial reporting and related processes.

About Financial Controls Unit (FCU)
